Coffee AND…caregiving?

I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Gina Farrar, Creator and Host of the Feminine Roadmap Podcast to discuss the emotional and psychological impacts of caregiving. People who know me, or even those who have read my story, know that I’m brutally honest when it comes to caregiving. There’s no sugar coating an experience that brings out our best and worse self.

Given our global pandemic situation, my hope is that the interview will bolster family caregivers when you listen and realize that compared to my lessons learned, you’re not doing so bad after all!
